Manager Responsibilities

1. Taking all phone calls from guests / potential guests
2. Checking/responding to all emails regarding the ranch. CC outgoing email to us.
3. Scheduling guests
4. Mail confirmation & directions to guests that have reserved (via deposit). Email or send web link (we’re setting this up) for directions to those that reserve at the last minute.
5. Make an info sheet for each guest (name, phone, address, email, dates of stay)
6. Talk with the Caretaker:
-when guests are checkiing in/out (so she can get it cleaned/have it open)
-repairs/issues regarding the property need to be addressed
-supply shortages (in a pinch, she can buy things and have us reimburse her)
7. Keeping us aware of financial stuff:
-Paypal or check payments we should be receiving
-How much we owe caretaker and cleaner at end of each month

Hi!

Both cabins are still available for the dates of ***Sept 6-11***. If you'd like to reserve, please tell us which cabin you'd like, how many guests in your party, and how many dogs you plan to bring. We'll let you know the total amount, then confirm your reservation when we receive a deposit for half or all of your rental fee.

You can send us payment via Paypal, personal check or money order.

Paypal is widely used across the internet and lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. It takes about 10 minutes to set up and send a payment. Here's a link to our payment page if you'd like to do it with Paypal:

We require a 50% deposit, which for the ***4*** nights you mentioned would be ***$555.55***. The total amount of payment is ***$555.55*** with tax included.

Also, please let us know which cabin you prefer. The Roadrunner cabin has more space and rustic style while the Cactus Flower is cozier and more sunny.

When we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter and a map to the ranch. Please send us your mailing address and let us know where you will be driving in from so we can send you the correct info!

We usually take a deposit of half the rental amount for those reserving at least2 weeks in advance, but since your stay is coming up so soon, we'll need your full rental fee of ***$555.55***.
